यह मामला वहुत ही जघन्य है और में इस मामले में वहुत धन्यवाद करना चाहता हु मेरठ के एस एस पी श्री अजय साहनी जी व् उनकी पूरी टीम का जिन्होंने एक साल के अंदर काफी मेहनत करते हुए इस केश को अंजाम तक पंहुचा दिया। साहनी जी चाहते तो अन्य अज्ञात लाश की तरह इस लाश का भी केश बंद कर सकते थे।

मेरठ के पास लोइया गांव में शबी अहमद के खेत से एक कुत्ता किसी मानव अंग को लेकर भाग रहा था। कुत्ते को मानव अंग लेकर भागते हुए ईश्वर पंडित ने देख लिया। उन्हें शक हुआ और पुलिस को सुचना दी गई। पुलिस ने वहां आकर शबी अहमद के खेत की खुदाई करबाई तो वहां एक लाश मिली। लाश किसी महिला की थी जिसका शिर व् दोनों हाथ गायब थे।

पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम करवाया और उसी क्षण से हत्यारे की खोजबीन शुरू कर दी। हत्यारे को पकड़ना इतना आसान नहीं था क्योकि लाश का शिर और दोनों हाथ गायब थे। इसलिए उस लाश की शिनाख्त भी नहीं हो सकती थी। गांव के आस - पास ऐसी कोई महिला गायब भी नहीं थी जिसकी हत्या पर शक जाता हो। 

The police conducted the post-mortem by taking the dead body and from that moment started searching for the killer. There was also no missing woman around the village whose murder is suspected.

इसके बाद वहां के एस एस पी साहनी जी ने एक नया तरीका निकाला। उन्होंने सोचा " हो न हो लड़की कही बाहर से गांव में लाई गई है। गांव में कोई कुछ बताने को तैयार नहीं था। एसएसपी साहनी ने तय किया कि गांव के जितने लड़के बाहर नौकरी करते है वहां जाकर छानबीन की जाये। वहां के लोकल पुसिस थानों से संपर्क करके पता किया जाये कि क्या वहां किसी लड़की के गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज है।

एसएसपी साहनी की यह योजना काम कर गई। उन्हें पता चला कि पंजाब में लुधियाना से एक 23 वर्षीय युवती के गायब होने की सुचना मिली। लुधियाना के मोतीनगर थाने में इस युवती के गायब होने की रिपोर्ट दर्ज थी जो कि बीकॉम द्वितीय वर्ष की छात्रा थी। इसके बाद पुलिस ने कड़ी से कड़ी मिलाते हुए जो जाँच - पड़ताल की उससे जो कहानी निकलकर सामने आई वो इस प्रकार है।

There was a report of the disappearance of this girl who was a second year B.Com., At Motinagar police station in Ludhiana. After this, the story which came out from the investigation by investigating the police in a strict manner is as follows.

एकता देशवाल उस लड़की का नाम था। वह एक संभ्रांत और आधुनिक परिवार की लड़की थी। एकता बीकॉम द्वितीय वर्ष की छात्रा थी। वह मुक्त जीवन और खुले विचारों वाली थी। एक दिन वही उससे टकराया शाकिब अहमद। शाकिब वहां नौकरी करता था लेकिन उसने अपना काम और पहचान दोनों एकता से छिपाई। शाकिब अहमद ने अपना नाम एकता देशवाल को " अमन " बताया। एकता को अपने प्रेम जाल में ऐसा फंसाया कि एकता उसके लिए कुछ भी करने को तैयार हो गई। अमन ने उससे कहा कि वह घर से गहने लिकर आ जाये और वो लोग वहां से कहीं दूर जाकर नई जिंदगी शुरू करेंगे। 

Ekta Deshwal was the girl's name. She was an elite and modern family girl. Ekta B.Com was a second year student. She was open-minded and open-minded. One day, he bumped into Shakib Ahmed. शाकिब समझ गया कि अब इसे रास्ते से हटाने का समय आ गया है। बिना उसे रास्ते से हटाए 25 लाख के गहने उसके नहीं होंगे। कहीं लड़की भाग गई तो भांडा भी फूट जायेगा और 25 लाख का घाटा भी हो जायेगा। इसलिए शाकिब ने ईद की उसी रात उसकी हत्या की योजना बनाई। ईद की रात उसने एकता को कोल्डड्रिंक में नशीली दवा पिलाकर बेहोश कर दिया। इसके बाद उसी बेहोशी की हालत में वह कुछ दोस्तों के साथ मिलकर खेत पर ले गया जहाँ शाकिब ने बेहोशी की हालत में एकता की गला काटकर हत्या कर दी।

गला काटने के बाद उसके दोनों हाथ नहीं काट दिए क्योकि एकता ने अपने एक हाथ पर अपना नाम और दूसरे पर प्यारे " अमन " का नाम गुदवा रखा था। शाकिब को शक था कि अगर पुलिस को यह सबूत मिल गया तो भांडा फुट सकता है। लेकिन अमन गलत साबित हुआ। एक वर्ष का समय लगा लेकिन उसका भांडा फूटा। आज उस शिर कटी लाश के रहस्य से पर्दा उठ चुका है और शाकिब अपने दोस्तों सहित पुलिस की गिरफ्त में है। 

After cutting the throat, both of his hands were not cut because Ekta had named his name on his one hand and the beloved "Aman" Gudwa on the other. Shakib suspected that if the police found this evidence, Bhanda could be killed. But Aman proved wrong. It took a year but he lost his hand. Today the secret of that dead corpse has been revealed and Shakib along with his friends are in the grip of the police.
